These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DynamicPath Collective website and learning services. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Purchases
All purchases are processed securely by payment providers. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
Refunds
Self-paced courses: 7-day refund if less than 20% completed. Live cohorts: refunds up to 48 hours after the first session. Certain promotions may be non-refundable as stated at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, templates, and course materials, is owned by DynamicPath Collective or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works except as permitted for personal learning.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harassing, or harmful content or conduct.
- No attempts to bypass security or access others’ data.
- No sharing of paid materials publicly without permission.

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Educational content is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamicPath Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
